Housing - St. Paul Villa

The apartment complex is designed for Elders with moderate medical needs who may no longer be able to maintain or reside in their own homes.  As a Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC), St. Paul Villa is designed to provide supportive services based on each tenant’s individual needs.villa

A pre-admission assessment is performed by a registered nurse to determine the level of services required.  This assessment ensures that services provided are appropriate and that any potential risk in this housing option is identified.

Monthly fees are based on the degree of care required and upon the apartment size selected.  Each of our four apartment styles has a private bath with walk-in shower, kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer and microwave, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, window blinds, and carpeting in the living room and bedroom.

The monthly fee includes two meals per day, heat, air conditioning and electricity.  Associates are on duty 24 hours a day for emergency response, security and fire protection. Weekly housekeeping and linens are provided. Daily Mass is available.

For a complete list of services and rates or to arrange a visit please contact Amy Killpatrick at (920) 766-6020, extension 102 or email at amyk@stpaulelders.org.

Respite Service is available for family caregivers who need a break from care giving or are going on vacation.  Care for your loved ones is available 24 hours a day, from a minimum of three days to a maximum of 21 days.  Clients stay in the Leon Dogot Hospitality Room.  Leon Dogot was a charter tenant of the Villa and a generous donation from his family established the hospitality room.  This efficiency apartment includes a refrigerator, microwave and cable TV.  Other amenities include three nutritionally planned meals served daily in the dining room; 24-hour staff supervision, security and fire protection, and emergency call response system; laundry service; religious services and spiritual support; and recreational and social activities

Respite services are appropriate for individuals who are recuperating after surgery and are not Medicare eligible or their Medicare days have run out.  A registered nurse conducts an assessment to determine eligibility for the respite service.

When not in use for respite, for a minimal fee the Leon Dogot Hospitality Room also serves as a gathering place for families who are visiting their loved ones at SPES.

For additional information or to arrange a visit please contact Amy Killpatrick at (920) 766-6020, extension 102 or email at amyk@stpaulelders.org.

Housing - St. Paul Manor

Come back to where it all began at St. Paul Manor, a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) located at 509 West Wisconsin Avenue in Kaukauna, Wisconsin.  The Manor has a long history of service to our Elders in Kaukauna and the surrounding Fox Valley communities.

Located in the former Thilmany/Wertheimer mansion, St. Paul Manor serves Elders in a peaceful, gracious and beautiful setting.  Security, privacy and opportunities to socialize with others are provided in a comfortable, home-like atmosphere.  The capable, well-trained staff is supported by the presence of several Sisters who continue the healing ministry of Jesus Christ.

Services at St. Paul Manor are intended for men and women over the age of 62 who are unable to care for their own needs independently as a result of the aging process or physical disability. Clients must possess basic self-care skills and be able to dine independently and maintain personal hygiene.  Additional support with daily activities is provided for an extra charge. A chaplain is available to nourish the spiritual and sacramental life of residents. Daily Mass is held in the beautiful chapel at the Manor.  Admission is open to persons of all religious beliefs.
Maintenance-free living, weekly room cleaning, parking, three meals per day (modified diets available), linen service, secure access, emergency medical services, recreational opportunities and 24-hour staffing are included in the monthly rate.
