Housing - St. Paul Villa
The apartment complex is designed for Elders with moderate medical needs who may no longer be able to maintain or reside in their own homes. As a Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC), St. Paul Villa is designed to provide supportive services based on each tenant’s individual needs.
A pre-admission assessment is performed by a registered nurse to determine the level of services required. This assessment ensures that services provided are appropriate and that any potential risk in this housing option is identified.
Monthly fees are based on the degree of care required and upon the apartment size selected. Each of our four apartment styles has a private bath with walk-in shower, kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer and microwave, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, window blinds, and carpeting in the living room and bedroom.
The monthly fee includes two meals per day, heat, air conditioning and electricity. Associates are on duty 24 hours a day for emergency response, security and fire protection. Weekly housekeeping and linens are provided. Daily Mass is available.

Respite Service is available for family caregivers who need a break from care giving or are going on vacation. Care for your loved ones is available 24 hours a day, from a minimum of three days to a maximum of 21 days. Clients stay in the Leon Dogot Hospitality Room. Leon Dogot was a charter tenant of the Villa and a generous donation from his family established the hospitality room. This efficiency apartment includes a refrigerator, microwave and cable TV. Other amenities include three nutritionally planned meals served daily in the dining room; 24-hour staff supervision, security and fire protection, and emergency call response system; laundry service; religious services and spiritual support; and recreational and social activities
Respite services are appropriate for individuals who are recuperating after surgery and are not Medicare eligible or their Medicare days have run out. A registered nurse conducts an assessment to determine eligibility for the respite service.
When not in use for respite, for a minimal fee the Leon Dogot Hospitality Room also serves as a gathering place for families who are visiting their loved ones at SPES.
